This handwoven wool rug was made in Mexico by an Indigenous artist.  The rug is 100% wool.  The village of Teotitlan Del Valle is the traditional weaving center of Oaxaca.  The Zapotec people here have been weaving for centuries.  Handwoven Zapotec rugs are exquisite textiles crafted by the Zapotec people of Oaxaca, Mexico.
